The Town of Edgewood Commission will discuss staffing for several town positions, purchase of road equipment, town policy and several closed-session items during its regular meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 25.

The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in Edgewood Town Hall Commission Chambers, 171A NM-344, and will be streamed on the town’s YouTube page.

New business includes considerations for appointments to the Economic Development Advisory Board, possible action for the Marathon Pipeline, discussion of construction and discussion of funding requests for Fiscal Year 2026, according to the agenda. Commissioners will also discuss a Human Resources Specialist position and job description and changes of town policies.

Diane Stearley and Tim Borror are being considered for the Economic Development Advisory Board. Commissioners will discuss and possibly take action on Fiscal Year 2026 Q2 Lodgers tax funding requests, as well as 2026 Capital Outlay requests.

The Marathon Pipeline item will contain a presentation and letter of consensus for the pipeline’s relocation project, which commissioners discussed at the last meeting.

During the closed session, commissioners will meet with attorneys for lawsuits with both Campbell Farming Corporation and Santa Fe County.

The closed session will also contain a discussion of the Human Resources Specialist position. They will also discuss the grants coordinator position, after the current coordinator, Emelia Mulligan, resigned just before the last meeting. The Interim Town Manager position will be the final item during the closed session, after Nina McCracken’s resignation in October.
