Estancia Valley Classical Academy will honor military veterans with its annual Veterans Day flag ceremony and breakfast on Tuesday morning.
The flag ceremony will begin at 7:45 a.m., followed by breakfast at approximately 8 a.m. in the EVCA gymnasium.
The public ceremony provides an opportunity for students and community members to express gratitude to those who have served in the armed forces.

Moriarty High School and VFW Post 3370 will host separate Veterans Day ceremonies Monday to honor military service members.
Moriarty High School is also inviting veterans to participate in a special ceremony and has encouraged community members to help connect students with local veterans.
“We don’t just want to host an event – we want to honor YOU PERSONALLY,” school officials said in an announcement. “Our students are eager to connect with veterans in our community to learn from you, thank you, and to be part of this special day.”
VFW Post 3370 will hold a veterans ceremony at 11 a.m. Monday at 201 A Broadway in Moriarty. Following the ceremony, the post will host cake and snacks at noon at 15 Calle Del Monte Road, with a husband-and-wife band performing at 12:30 p.m.
Veterans Day, observed Nov. 11, honors all U.S. military veterans. The federal holiday commemorates the armistice that ended World War I on Nov. 11, 1918.
