Bernalillo County will begin offering a monthly Kids Night Out program starting Friday, providing parents with a supervised evening activity for children while giving adults a night off.
The program launches Sept. 5 at the Los Vecinos Community Center, located at 478 NM-333 in Tijeras. Sessions will run from 6 to 10 p.m. on the first Friday of each month through May 2026.
Children ages 5-12 can participate in activities including field trips, arts and crafts, physical education games and cooking. The program is limited to 15 participants and costs $12 per day.
“Join us on the first Friday of every month from 6-10 p.m. for a fun-filled evening designed just for kids and a relaxing night off for you,” according to program materials.
Pricing may vary depending on planned activities, particularly when field trips are included, organizers said.
