The Smithsonian-affiliated National Museum of Nuclear Science and History in Albuquerque is hosting “Science is Everywhere” Summer Camps starting June 2 and running through Aug. 8.

This summer roster will be filled with adventures and creative activities for kids in Pre-K through 6th grade throughout the coming months.

The 10-week program will allow children to learn about unique science themes, from chemistry to building their own working robots.

“Our camps are an excellent opportunity to engage kids in the principles of science,” said Director of Communications Bernadette C. Robin.

The summer camps are week-long commitments with two exceptions – a three-day camp and a four-day one held around the holiday season.

“Our education team will divide camp topics into week-long camps with multi-age collaborative camper experiences,” added Robin.

Each week is set to offer a different, unique theme. Camp sessions are grade-specific and designed by professional educators to offer children fun activities without compromising the education quality.

The 10-week guide can be accessed here
