Corrales voters will be asked three questions having to do with the village issuing General Obligation Bonds. Other questions pertain to the Central New Mexico Community College and the Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority.

Village of Corrales Questions

Farmland Preservation: One question asks whether the village should issue up to $2 million in General Obligation Bonds which, together with other funds, could be used to acquire property easements and other rights-of-way for farmland preservation and open space purposes.

Fire Department Facilities: This question asks voters whether they support issuing $1 million in bonds to complete renovations and equipFire Station No. 3.

Road and Flood Control: This questions asks if voters support issuing $1 million in bonds for road improvements and flood control measures. 

Other Bond Questions:

Central New Mexico Community College: The college is asking voters throughout Sandoval and Bernalillo counties whether they support issuing $80 million in general obligation bonds for 1) erecting, furnishing, constructing, purchasing, remodeling and equipping buildings and utility facilities, 2) making other real property improvements, 3) purchasing property, and 4) purchasing and installing computer hardware and software.

SSCAFCA: The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority is asking voters whether they support issuing up to $30 million in bond for the “extension, betterment, alteration, reconstruction, repair and other improvements of the Authority’s flood control system.
