Sandoval County residents looking to get a jump on Election Day can vote this month. 

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 5. Early voting starts Oct. 8 and closes Nov. 2. Voter registration closes on Oct. 8, but same-day voter registration will be available in person at any voting location during early voting as well as on Election Day. The last day to request an absentee ballot is Oct. 22.  Absentee ballots can be requested by visiting www.nmvote.org.

Voters may vote at any voting convenience center in Sandoval County. 

While early voting starts Oct. 8 only in the Sandoval County Clerk’s Office, at 1500 Idalia Road, Bldg D, in Bernalillo,  expanded early in-person voting will begin at several locations Oct. 19. The polling locations will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until Nov. 2. There will also be secured ballot container drop boxes at Corrales Village Hall, the Placitas Community Library and the Sandoval County Administration Building starting Oct. 8. Early votes are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. until Nov. 2. On election day, the drop boxes will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Corrales Community Center.
  • Plaza @ Unser Marketplace, Rio Rancho.
  • Sandoval County Administration Building.
  • Rio West Business Center, Rio Rancho.
  • Our Lady Queen of Angels, Rio Rancho.
  • Community of Joy Lutheran Church, Rio Rancho.
  • Sandia Pueblo Community Center.
  • Broadmoor Senior Center, Rio Rancho.
  • Sagebrush Plaza, Rio Rancho.
  • El Zocalo/Salazar Building, Bernalillo.
  • Santa Ana Pueblo Wellness Center.
  • Placitas Community Library.
  • San Felipe Pueblo Head Start.
  • Zia Pueblo Community Center.
