The Edgewood Community Library will host its annual Build-a-Pal event on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 171B, NM 344, Edgewood, NM 87015. This hands-on event will be fun and educational.

This event’s intention is to allow children to create a one-of-a-kind, Valentine-themed stuffed animal to take home.

All supplies will be provided for children to bring their creativity and imagination to create a memorable experience while enjoying and learning about what their local library offers.

Registration for this event opened on Jan. 25 and will be open until all spots are filled.

To participate, children and East Mountain residents must sign up via SignUpGenius. If interested, a spot must be ensured quickly since the event has limited space and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

The SignUpGenius form contains the instructions for the event. The number of children attending must be indicated as well as the preferred time slot.

It is important to note that the event is hosted for children 17 and under. Due to limited supplies, the library requests participants to sign up in advance.

The Edgewood Community Library recommends contacting the event organizers for additional details and future events.
