New Mexico’s largest pet adoption event will bring together rescue organizations from across the state for a day of music, food and finding forever homes for animals in need.
Woofstock 2025 is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Venus Park, located at 151 NM 344 in Edgewood.
The multi-agency adoption event will feature rescue organizations from throughout New Mexico offering pets available for adoption. The event will also include live music, vendor booths and food trucks.
“Find a furry friend who’s ready to join your family,” organizers said in the event announcement.
The event is being organized by Friends of Valencia Valley Animals, with support from multiple sponsors, including EPCOR, Araya’s Nursery, Pet Mountain Pet Services, Country Store and Vista Larga.
Vendors interested in participating can complete application forms available through the Edgewood Animal Shelter, according to the announcement.
