The Edgewood Police Department, in a press release, announced multiple people have been identified who are suspected of being involved in a recent church vandalism.

On Aug. 17, Edgewood Police were dispatched to Valley View Christian Church. According to Valley View Christian Church, its building was vandalized in several spots on different sides of the building.

The vandalism was graffiti, which included racist and offensive statements

On Aug. 20, the authorities were able to identify four suspects, two of whom were adults and two juveniles tied to the vandalism.

Damages were estimated to be in the thousands. The department says officers analyzed the scene and located numerous key evidentiary items.

Edgewood Police stated that all the suspects involved will be facing multiple felony charges.
