Trail Rider Pizza in Cedar Crest is organizing a fundraiser event to help Body Dynamic Studio’s Christell Thomas, who is recovering from “a very traumatic accident.”
The event is set for May 5 from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The dynamic consists of supporting Trail Rider by enjoying their dishes, as a percentage of the sales will go directly to Thomas’ healing fund.
Trail Rider Pizza offers a selection of dishes that have become fan favorites and won the hearts of East Mountain residents.
From their signature pizzas to their house-made bun burgers, Trail Rider Pizza offers a variety of specialty meals featuring gluten-free crusts, fresh toppings, house-smoked meats, and vegan options.
The fundraising event will take place all day, so the community can swing by for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
The establishment also offers a selection of alcoholic beverages, including beer and a variety of wines, upon availability.
Elton and Ashlea Allen have owned Trail Rider Pizza since 2006, starting in a small trailer near Molly’s bar and later moving in 2018 to the Triangle Plaza, where they built their dream kitchen.
They’ve built a dedicated team and focus on fresh, daily-prepared ingredients, including house-made dough, buns, and hand-grated cheese.
This Cinco de Mayo, consider celebrating in a meaningful way. With the help of the community, this day can be about more than just festivities—it can be about making a difference while sharing good food with friends and family.
