JUNO, a popular one-year-old bar in Edgewood, has announced the opening of a full kitchen. Known for its house-brewed beers and craft cocktails, JUNO is now expanding its offerings from a limited sandwich menu to a full barbecue-themed dining experience.
JUNO collaborated with the operators of the Smoking Wet Barbecue food truck to develop the new kitchen. The menu features barbecue pork and beef sandwiches, grilled chicken, sirloin steak, loaded baked potatoes, nachos, and sides like potato wedge fries, slaw, BBQ beans, and potato salad. A green chile cheeseburger and vegetarian options like jalapeno mac-n-cheese, salads and hummus are also available. The complete menu can be found online at www.junopub.com under the Edgewood tab. Kitchen hours are 4-8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 2-8:00 p.m. on weekends.
“Ever since we started developing the location, we’ve been hearing that Edgewood wanted more dining options,” said Jason Marks, Managing Member of JUNO. “We got halfway there with our initial menu, while we plugged away at the mechanical and permitting issues involved in offering a full menu. This past year has been great, thanks to the support of the community and the hard work of our staff; we’re looking forward to an even better 2025.”
JUNO also operates a brewery and taproom in Albuquerque, and a taproom in the El Cortez Theater in Truth or Consequences. More information is available at www.junopub.com.
