Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, nestled between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, is set to host an Easter “Eggstravaganza” on April 20, featuring special dining experiences and family-friendly activities.
The resort will offer a variety of activities for guests, including arts and crafts, a Tamaya Bunny Relay with a three-legged race, bunny hop, and egg race, and an Easter Egg hunt for children 12 and younger.
Two holiday meals will be served between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the resort’s restaurants. Corn Maiden will feature a selection of cheeses, seafood, pastries, salads and entrees such as New Mexico beef tenderloin and vegetarian lasagna. Santa Ana Café will offer an Easter Buffet with breakfast favorites, pomegranate-jalapeno glazed ham, garden herb-rubbed prime rib and roasted red snapper. Children aged 4-12 and seniors eat for half price at both restaurants, and kids 3 and under eat free.
“With delicious dining experiences for both locals and guests and a fun-filled schedule of activities for our younger guests, Tamaya is the ideal place to enjoy a memorable holiday with loved ones,” said General Manager Claudia Wattenberg.
Room rates for Easter weekend start at $269. Reservations for dining can be made via OpenTable, and for stays, visit hyattregencytamaya.com or call (505) 867-1234.
