The Martha Liebert Public Library in Bernalillo and Coronado Historic Site have partnered to offer a free, open-to-all-ages “Ranger Read and Learn” storytime.
The program is Jan. 18 from 10-11 a.m. at Martha Liebert Public Library and will feature a ranger from Coronado Historic Site reading a story and offering related conversation and activities.
Children can listen to the book Drop! An Adventure through the Water Cycle by Emily Kate Moonabout to learn about how people use water and explore the water cycle. After listening to the story, participants will make a water-based craft.
This partnership offers an opportunity for Coronado and Jemez Historic Sites to share history and natural history related to the site with surrounding community members.
