Wild Hearts Gallery will feature artists Lisa Chernoff and Nancy and Jon Couch in its Nov. exhibit.
Broadcasting the Light: Fused and Stained-Glass Art, which is on display now through Dec.1, showcases Chernoff’s fused glass sculpture inspired by elements found in nature.
Nancy and Jon Couch have shared their Gifts of Light for over 40 years with stained-glass windows, water prisms, jewelry boxes, mandalas, lamps, sun catchers and ornaments.
Chernoff works with extreme heat to bend and coax glass to her vision. Nancy and Jon Couch cut glass into designs that broadcast light.
An artist’s reception is set for 1-3 p.m. Nov. 9 with a Meet the Artists for Coffee ARTScrawl event in the gallery from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 3.
Wild Hearts Gallery is an artists’ collective, supported by 15 local artists. Located at 221-B State Highway 165, the gallery is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
