May Flowers Craft Show

Spring craft fairs are right around the corner and it’s time to start putting them on your calendar. The May Flowers Craft Fair is one of the largest in Moriarty. The fair will be held on May 11 at the Moriarty Civic Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Organizers are still accepting vendor applications. There are still spots available outside and inside the center. Low-Cost Animal Vaccine Clinic

The RezDawg Rescue Inc. will be hosting a low-cost vaccine clinic for your pets on Mar. 23 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. They will be offering multiple vaccines for dogs and cats including rabies shots, microchips, and more. Cash and Venmo are the preferred methods of payment for the clinic. Please bring any previous vaccine records. The clinic will also be held in a drive-up fashion, so make sure to keep your pets in your vehicles at all times. The clinic will be held at 12 End of Trails Rd. in Moriarty.

Spring Bazaar and Rummage Sale 

The Route 66 Elementary School is hosting a Spring Bazaar and Rummage Sale on April 13. The event will be held at the school from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event also has open spots available for vendors. They have indoor and outdoor spots available and prices vary for the size of the space. For more information on how to become a vendor, email Rt66PTO@gmail.com

Watercolor Workshop

The Manzano Mountain Art Council (MMAC) will be hosting a “You are the Artist – Basic Watercolor Workshop” on Mar. 24 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the MMAC building at 101 Broadway, Ste. 534. This workshop will allow you to learn watercolor painting techniques, from Artist Ian Fay, which will make this easy art method easier for you to do yourself! There are limited spaces so call (312) 933-4119 to reserve your spot. The cost of the workshop is a suggested $5 donation.
